| 内容記述 | This research is the classification with the idea of the origin of the Open University with settlements in England and the needs of the Open Universities. At the first, the author examined the origin of Open University in its fundamental conditions of settlements in England. The Open University of England can be classified into two classes according to attending lectures and some aims, “the extension to the inside of the campus" and “the extension to the outside campus". The extension to the outside can be classified into two classes. One of two classes is "the activities meet the needs for community" and the other class is "the activities improved regional and research for residents of universities". "The activities improved regional and research for residents of universities" has Oxford University type and Cambridge University type. This paper concludes that “the extension to the inside of the campus" was found to be continuing with the same propose today, but “the extension to the outside of the campus" has lost the characteristics of origin of the Open University, have found that the same problem today. | |||||||||||
