| 内容記述 | Nara Women's University has many collections of teaching materials since the time of Nara Women's Higher Normal School till the present. I can nominate `Shosoin replica Treasures Collection' for one of the representative collection of this university. `Shosoin replica Treasures' made by Hoshun Yoshida (1878-1949) who had actually handled the ancient treasures of Shosoin. He was a famous artist in Nara prefecture before World War II. But his worthy achievement has almost disappeared farther away. In this April 2016, His works registered as a city-designated important cultural property in Chofu city, Tokyo prefecture. The purpose of this study is to make a historical review of Hoshun Yoshida. He had a high degree of technology. He made the lacquered shelf in the Kirinoma room in Meiji Kyuden Imperial Palace along with his mentor in 1902. He produced the box of the picture album at the ceremonial investiture of the Crown Prince Hirohito (Emperor Showa) in 1916. Thus he has worked on the repair of Shosoin treasures using his highly technique. He was a comprehensive artist rather than a mere imitation writer. | |||||||||||
