| 内容記述 | Children with Down syndrome exhibit unique interactions that diff er from those of typically developing children and children with autism. In this study, a longitudinal observation of therapy was conducted. The data were divided into four periods according to changes in the child's instrumental play. For each period, the therapists' approach and the child's response to it were analyzed. The main results are as follows. First, the child responded differently to different therapists. Second, the child showed greater responsiveness to therapists' attempts to change the content of the activities by manipulating the toy it paid attention to. Third, the therapists were more likely to elicit a receptive response from the child during instrumental play, which influenced the child's subsequent responses outside of instrumental play. These results indicate that musical interaction is eff ective for children with Down syndrome, and the importance of the relationship between the therapist and the child and of varying the toy that the child shows interest in. | |||||||||||
