| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to clarify the process of children's nurses acquiring counseling skills while also clarifying the influence this has on their sense of fulfillment and feelings of fatigue. The results confirmed that while counseling skills are tangible and there is a relatively quick sense of accomplishment regarding the things they are working on, support which is difficult to directly observe such as “watching over them" and “attitude" require 4 years or more experience. It was also made clear that although there is a sense of accomplishment regarding work for specific assistance, the support which is difficult to directly observe is not linked with feelings of accomplishment. It has become clear that the changes in quality from specific support to internal support are related to the internal support being an opportunity for understanding the feelings. Understanding them involves putting into words what children may be feeling. The results of this study have shown that the task of putting what is being felt into words is determined by the attitude of nursery teachers who are trying to nurture the inner sides of children while reading and understanding their background based on counseling approaches.This suggests the necessity to work on attaching meaning to specialization which is difficult to directly observe. | |||||||||||
