| 内容記述 | In 1927, Feng Yuxiang supervised Hunan Province twice, during which he ordered Shaanxi, Gansu and Henan under his administration to set up the foot emancipation office so as to reform social customs. On October 3, 1927, the Henan Provincial Government Foot Emancipation Center was set up. Following nine months after implementation of foot emancipation, it was merged into the Civil Administration Office of the Henan Provincial Government . FANG ZU YUN DONG BAN YUE KAN II was published by the Henan Provincial Government Foot Emancipation Office on November 6, 1927. It was the only brochure published by the Foot Emancipation Office during the activity period. Different from magazines targeted at the public, it was a magazine of government organ, currently collected by the Shaanxi Provincial Library. Since FANG ZU YUN DONG BAN YUE KAN II was a brochure published not long after establishment of the Henan Provincial Government Foot Emancipation Office, the published materials were mostly about activities of the initial development period of the Foot Emancipation Office and during the initial term of Xue Dubi. Therefore, to study the initial period of the Foot Emancipation Office is of vital significance. | |||||||||||
