| 内容記述 | Paleopathological changes are useful evidences for studying the ancient life. But they are hardly used for researching history. This is caused by few reported cases though paleopathological changes are actually observable in the skeletal remains. This paper reports observations of spondylosis deformans in the ancient human bones from Kuma-Nishioda site. In order to confirm the onset of it, we examined the appearance of osteophytes. We found that spondylosis deformans appeared in high probability. | |||||||||||
