| 内容記述 | “Collaboration"is a term often used in healthcare practices, because it enables experts from different fields to collaborate with each other to treat and take care of a patient, solve various problems, and achieve a desired therapeutic effect. In a collaboration, nurses are required to be equipped with the ability to independently adjust their involvement to build mutually beneficial relationships, establish clear scopes of individual responsibilities for a shared goal, and maintain equality in each member's participation while at the same time synchronize each other's work. Today, nurses utilize their nursing skills in health, medical, and welfare services, where they are being asked to collaborate with experts from various backgrounds. This study explores potential points of improvement in the curriculum for the training of candidates interested in pursuing nursing in clinical practices by identifying the problems of the nursing training schemes under the existing nursing education curriculum and then identifying the problems faced by experts engaged in NST, a typical form of collaboration. | |||||||||||
