| 内容記述 | La Sape, an abbreviation based on the phrase Société des Ambianceurs et des Personnes Élégantes (The Society of Ambiance-Makers and Elegant People) is a social movement centered in Brazzaville, the capital of the Republic of Congo whose movement embodies the elegance in style and manners of the advanced countries' dandies. Sapeurs are people who join such movement spending extraordinary costs for worldly famous brand clothes required for their activities. Application of some concepts advocated by Georg Simmel such as “Adornment", “Stranger", “Sociability", “Play" and `Competition' clarified the characteristics of social interactions taking place in the lives and activities of Sapeurs. | |||||||||||
