| 内容記述 | This paper will focus on the social dilemma of Japan's social child care, reveal the social impact of foster care from children's background and narrative of foster parents. The purpose to clarify by the loss experience of foster parents after family reunification. For the target children of social care, the country now, knows about 46000 people (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare 2014). Social care in Japan, facility care and home nursing and roughly, there are three types of family care (Child Welfare Act: 1947 Law No. 164), depending on the child's situation, is a system to adapt it is different (Figure 9-1). Currently, approximately 80-90% of children are measures to the orphanage, including the infant home,andcompared with Western countries, the proportion of nursing facility has become many. The current facility care, which is such as accommodation of the post-war orphans the main purpose and the original support method of Japan, for children, the benefits are also some disadvantages. And it was the background of social care, from the narrative of a certain foster parents, with the aim to clarify the loss experience of foster parents after family reunification. Originally, the role of the foster care, polite involvement and daily life experience for the foster child, and foster child is to receive a free of affection on behalf of the biological parent. Even if the foster parents had received a long-time training as a specialized foster parents, it is not intended to be cultivated as knowledge, are those bonds is built in everyday human relations and community life, accept simply as a system It not would be construed. | |||||||||||
