| 内容記述 | This paper aims to analyze an intent of “refusal to go to school" of the Ministry of Education,Culture, Sports, Science and Technology report in 1992.The children who don't go to school were explained by the various names.The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology made the name “refusal to go to school" and regarded the side of a parent and a child as a problem.The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology is stating that the contents changed to a report of 1992. The said Ministry expressed that “refusal to go to school" isn't a special phenomenon. By this expression, People understand a report to be friendly to a parent and a child.But a report didn't understand a parent and a child.The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology wasn't changing a way of thinking.The Ministry of Justice proposed reconsidering schooling system at a report. The Ministry of Justice insisted on an idea using the name of “Futoko". So,this study made it clear that the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology report isn't changing by the Ministry of Justice report.The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology is the agency which takes charge of school. Therefore it wasn't possible to accept the opinion which reconsiders schooling system. Recognition to“refusal to go to school" of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology isn't changing. | |||||||||||
