| 内容記述 | This paper examines the issues regarding the distribution committee and the distribution of donations to victims. It is a known fact that some local governments and some donation groups are included in the distribution committee more than the majority. Although fairness is the tacit premise, this infusion of administrators into the committee may lead to unfair decision making, especially during the initial stages of formulating a distribution plan for the victims. This issue of fairness can be significantly reduced by improving how to gather contributions and simplifying the allocation process based on the suffering certificates. | |||||
