| 内容記述 | The results of the preventive education against eating disorders in school and the possibility aspects to affect the continuous education for high school students, who is apt to be concerned about their reputations among others while stressed by the examination ordeal and personal relations was considered in this research. The preventive education was carried out in class consists of a program among the students on the basis of peer support theory. While early detection of eating disorders is essential for the prevention, the psychological factor was also caused clinical symptoms, especially when concerning a lack of confidence in one's own body image. The results were suggested that the simple lack of the coping skill to the stress became the trigger of the appearance of eating disorder. It was also suggested that the difference between a peculiar body image to the individual and an ideal body image caused unhealthy eating behavior. | |||||||||||
