| 内容記述 | This paper aims to clarify the characteristics of the studies about the men who work in "the female professions" like the nurses, child care workers, and the teachers at the elementary school, and to point out the another possibility to interpret their life course. Now, we can classify these studies in three types of approach, that is, one from the division of labor in relation to the gender role, one from institutional structure of gender, and one from the interaction between men and women. These approaches are useful to understand the state of the men in social structure, but are not enough to see their personal histories in the changing social structure. Thus, in this paper, I'd like to suggest the life course approach, in which we can see the relation between a person and the social changes, especially the change of the female profession's recognition in society. | |||||
