| 内容記述 | In recent years, in some major cities in Tokyo metropolitan area, the new type of public day-care center has appeared. Some local governments such as Tokyo certified and financially assisted not by national standards but by original standards. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the possibility of the "Tokyo-style" certified day-care center for female white-collar workers in office. Female white-collar workers must do many household chores and child care. The other side, they are going to continue their works. So they trend to choose day-care center near their office to keep up both work and child care. "The day-care center near the office" is convenient for them, although "the day-care center near the home" is more popular in Japan. There is another change about child care services in central Tokyo recently. Some major companies have supplied workplace nurseries for female white-collar workers in office. In the case of this type of workplace nurseries, users (female office workers) recognize some advantages them as "the day-care center near the office". The standards of the "Tokyo-style" certified day-care center have public factors. So they can change the system of child care services in Japan, over the local government, and they can spread the state of "the day-care center near the office". | |||||||||||
