| 内容記述 | The medical examination focused on metabolic syndrome was started since 2009, Preliminary group of people of various lifestyle-related diseases, by the standardized health guidance focused on metabolic syndrome, has been thoroughly changed behaviors. The role of professionals to prevent metabolic syndrome is becoming to lead target people the standardized health. This paper described an overview of the development of primary prevention health policies in Japan, and investigated the role of professionals to achieve the health policy from the practical example. First, from the concept of health transition, the time after World War II-present was divided into 4 periods. The national health policies for each period and the theories and models based on each health policy were explained. Next, the practice was introduced as an example of occupational health promotion, improved the results of the periodic medical examination by health education to the population. Additionally, the population was empowered by health education. In order to shift the health promotion from theory to practice, the partnership was needed with professionals and the population. By repeated health education to the population, the partnership was promoted. The occupational health promotion such as this example was expected that future. | |||||||||||
