| 内容記述 | International,law,scholar,Masatoshi,Matsushita,tried,renewal,of,territorial,rights,in,the,"Greater East Asia Coprosperity Sphere",.,He,insisted,that,each,nation,in,"Coprosperity Sphere",should,open,their,territory,for,coexistence,and,coprosperity,of,all,nations,in,"Coprosperity Sphere",.,He,furthermore,emphasized,that,Japan,as,an,Instruction,country,should,distribute,the,right,of,each,country.,The,origin,of,Matsushita's,idea,was,from,tha,theory,of,the,Vienna,school.,It,was,asserted,after,World,War,I,and,insisted,that,International,law,should,distribute,the,territory,of,each,country.,Matsushita,got,the,hint,from,this,way,of,thinking.,And,he,insisted,that,the,territory,of,each,country,should,be,distributed,by,judgment,of,a,third,person,in,proportion,to,the,government,capability,of,each,country.,But,hi,considered,that,The,League,of,Nations,was,powerless,so,it,was,difficult,for,The,League,of,Nations,to,control,many,countries,in,the,world.,So,finally,he,insisted,an,Instruction,country,should,distribute,the,right,of,each,country,in,"Greater East Asia Coprosperity Sphere",. | |||||||||||
