| 内容記述 | The,purpose,of,this,study,was,to,investigate,the,differences,of,the,two,types,of,Taijiquan,on,psychophysiological,states,and,the,effect,of,Taijiquan,exercise,on,EEG,and,state,anxiety.,20,members,of,the,Taijiquan,exercise,class,participated,in,this,study.,The,participants,divided,into,two,groups:,7,performed,yang-style,and,13,performed,24-style.,State-Trait,anxiety,inventory(STAI),and,EEG,activity,were,measured,in,pre-performance,post-performance,and,post-performance,recovery.,The,results,were,as,follows.,1),In,both,groups,state,anxiety,was,decreased,after,exercise.,2),In,both,groups,a,1,power,was,higher,than,other,bands,after,exercise.,3),In,yang-style,a,1,power,and,a,2,power,were,higher,than,those,of,23-style.,These,results,suggested,that,Taijiquan,exercise,enhanced,psychological,relaxation. | |||||||||||
