| 内容記述 | This,paper,investigates,to,what,extent,of,consensus,there,would,be,among,respondents,on,the,judgments,in,free-sorting,tasks,of,occupations,and,what,dimensions,of,occupational,features,would,exit,in,the,cognitive,structure,latent,in,the,judgments.,A,gang,survey,of,female,college,students,was,conducted,in,which,the,respondents,sorted,36,cards,of,occupational,titles,into,groups,according,to,similarity.,For,the,consensus,of,classification,judgment,using,Cramer's,V,coefficient,as,the,similarity,index,between,respondents,some,moderate,degree,of,consensus,is,found,and,one,central,structure,is,suggested,rather,than,any,divergence,among,several,groups,of,respondents.,For,the,dimensions,of,occupational,features,on,the,assumption,of,common,structure,of,judgment,the,application,of,Multiple,Correspondence,Analysis(MCA)to,the,sorting,data,extracts,the,two,principal,axes:,each,named,“public,interest," and “organizationcentered / individual skill-centered.",The,relation,to,the,feature,of,“status," which has been regarded as one of the most important in previous studies, are also discussed. | |||||
