| 内容記述 | Needs,for,legal,services,in,rural,areas,are,filled,to,some,extent,by,the,local,bar,and,administrative,agency.,However,it,is,difficult,to,judge,whether,or,not,the,way,of,supplying,legal,services,and,the,amount,of,those,services,are,sufficient,for,the,needs.,In,this,research,statistical,and,interview,data,of,Nara,Prefecture,are,used,to,answer,the,questions.,It,can,be,said,that,the,current,legal,services,for,rural,areas,do,not,substantially,fill,the,legal,needs,of,people,in,rural,areas.,However,the,amount,of,legal,service,is,not,the,sole,reason,of,this,problem.,In,addition,to,the,problem,of,amount,problems,around,the,way,of,supplying,the,services,or,the,quality,of,each,service,are,found,hrough,further,detailed,analysis,of,satistical,data.,The,problem,is,why,the,amount,of,supply,of,legal,services,cannot,fulfill,the,legal,needs,of,people,in,rural,areas.,Why,is,the,critical,factor,of,sufficient,legal,service,not,only,the,amount,but,also,the,ways,of,supplying,services,and,the,quality,of,the,services?,To,answer,the,questions,the,structure,of,the,needs,is,examined.,The,finding,is,that,the,constituents,of,the,needs,are,"spatial factor","constant supply","relational support",professionalism,reliability,and,fairness,. | |||||
