| 内容記述 | According,to,previous,researches,since,child,care,work,is,generally,considered,"women's work",and,only,a,semi-profession,it,tends,to,be,autonomous,and,less,prestigious,offering,less,salary,than,male-dominated,professions.,The,researcher,thought,that,all,childcare,workers,want,to,increase,worker's,value,in,the,workplace,and,workers,want,to,transform,from,semi-profession,to,"full profession.",To,make,childcare,work,a,profession,it,must,be,transformed,from,"women's work",to,"gender-neutral work.",A,full,profession,and,women's,work,is,a,contradiction.,Do,female,childcare,workers,think,that,childcare,is,women's,work,and,a,semi-profession?,Additionally,according,to,early,research,the,specialty,rises,by,gaining,experience,as,a,child,care,worker.,Dose,the,professional,sense,of,female,childcare,workers,reveal,differences,by,years,of,experience?,These,questions,are,clarified,by,quantitative,investigation,analysis.,As,a,result,of,investigation,analysis,unlike,previous,findings,female,childcare,workers,did,not,think,that,a,full,profession,and,women's,work,is,contradictory.,Younger,generations,not,only,considered,childcare,work,women's,work,but,evaluated,its,specialization.,However,older,generations,consider,childcare,work,neither,women's,work,nor,a,profession.,Those,results,disprove,previous,researches,about,profession,and,gender.,We,must,extend,our,inquiries,into,the,relations,between,gender,and,profession. | |||||
