| 内容記述 | This,study,examines,the,policy-making,process,and,the,citizen,participation,of,the,river,management,in,Japan,which,have,changed,remarkably,since,the,middle,of,1990.,In,this,paper,first,we,consider,the,features,and,the,key,problems,regarding,Japanese,policy-making,process,and,citizen,participation,of,developmental,project,from,the,view,of,publicness.,Second,we,focus,upon,the,policy,change,of,river,management,occurred,in,1990s,and,its,social,background,and,the,transformation,of,the,NPO/NGO,sector.,Third,we,clarify,the,new,features,of,the,policy-making,process,and,the,possibility,of,the,citizen,participation,through,analyzing,the,discussion,process,of,the,river,basin,commission,on,the,Ono,River,Management,Plan,in,Oita,Prefecture. | |||||
