| 内容記述 | The,purpose,of,this,study,is,to,investigate,the,Uygur,people's,family,and,household,system,and,their,life-course,in,gender,perspectives,who,live,in,Xinjiang,Uygur,Autonomous,region,in,the,northwest,of,China.,The,interview,research,was,conducted,in,Yining-city,in,Xinjian,August,2002.,The,information,was,gleaned,from,5,female,interviewees,who,were,47～57,years,old.,The,main,results,are,follows:,1),They,have,large,households,and,their,fertility,rate,is,relatively,high.,The,average,number,of,household,members,is,7.8,and,the,average,number,of,children,per,woman,is,7.6.,2),Almost,all,of,them,got,married,early,and,by,romantic-love.,On,the,other,hand,the,divorce,rate,is,high,as,well,as,the,rate,of,re-marriage.,In,Uygur,society,divorce,is,not,an,important,deviation,from,family,norms.,3),They,have,a,very,small,marriage,area,and,moreover,they,have,intimate,and,supportive,relationships,and,networks,especially,between,mothers,and,married,daughters.,4),The,institution,of,ultimogeniture,remains,there,but,it,has,been,becoming,weaker.,So,that,there,is,a,remarkable,difference,between,their,system,and,the,stem,family,system,that,typically,appears,in,East-Asia.,However,at,the,same,time,nobody,hoped,to,live,with,their,daughters,during,their,elderly,age. | |||||||||||||||||
