| 内容記述 | ln,order,to,clarify,the,desirable,or,undesirable,effects,of,security,systems,which,are,mainly,the,video,surveylance,of,elevators,and,intercom,the,author,researched,at,three,highly-rise,condominiums,in,Kobe-Port-Island.,The,results,are,as,follows:,Including,sexual,crime,few,crimes,happen,in,the,buildings.,The,author,thinks,that,this,result,is,due,to,the,security,system,but,also,the,duration,of,residence,and,condition,of,the,site,are,very,important,factors.,Video,surveylance,of,elevators,reduces,the,tenants',fears,of,crime.,And,when,the,intercom,is,added,the,system,is,more,effective,at,night.,But,in,the,daytime,the,tenants',fears,are,less,in,a,small,building,without,an,intercom,than,in,large,buildings,with,intercom.,Video,surveylance,is,well,received,by,tenants,and,is,strongly,desired,in,non-system,high-rise,condominium.,The,intercome,does,not,prevent,delivering,the,newspaper,or,milk,to,each,unit,early,in,the,morning,because,the,entrance,door,is,automatically,unlocked,but,it,prevents,children,(3-4,years,old),from,going,out. | |||||
