| 内容記述 | Recently,on,the,internet,there,can,be,seen,a,controversy,in,the,issue,of,the,Collapse,of,the,Japanese,Medical,System.,One,of,the,parties,concerned,is,a,group,of,medical,doctors,who,insist,on,this,idea.,They,emphasize,the,following,points;,1.,Many,doctors,left,public,hospitals,because,of,their,harsh,jobs.,That,causes,the,lack,of,the,medical,serviceds,in,many,public,hospitals.,This,is,the,manifestation,of,the,Collapse,of,the,Japanese,Medical,System.,2.,One,of,the,reasons,for,this,collapse,is,that,patients,tend,to,have,exceeded,expectaions,of,absolute,safety,toward,medicine.,Once,they,found,the,result,be,unsaticfactory,they,could,consider,it,as,a,a,medical,maltreatment,and,accuse,their,doctors,furthermore,they,demand,compensation.,3.,The,mass,media,such,as,newspapers,make,false,reports,intentionally,and,also,accuse,doctors,and,hospitals,with,patients.,4.,The,Police,Office,and,the,Public,Prosecutor's,Office,often,treat,doctors,as,offenders,and,the,court,usually,sentences,them,guilty.,They,are,all,lacking,in,professional,knowledge.,5.,Patients,and,their,families,who,are,often,supported,by,cult,groups,and/or,the,media,believe,that,the,result,is,from,maltreatment,and,want,compensation.,6.,Doctors,who,have,endured,the,poor,working,conditions,have,retreated,from,the,medical,service,in,hospitals.,Some,doctors,who,belong,to,the,group,exhibit,their,blog,on,the,internet,community,and,write,their,opinions,on,the,internet,board.,These,opinions,have,often,made,conflicts,between,them,and,the,patients.,They,also,cooperate,to,make,a,great,deal,of,comments,to,blogs,of,their,enemies.,In,this,paper,I,will,examine,the,discourse,of,some,blogs,which,are,members,of,that,group,and,share,the,above,ideas.,I,think,that,one,blog,named,"Diary of the Medical Treatments of a Practitioner",has,made,its,claim,to,patients,and,families,on,wrong,demonstration.He,constructed,his,blog,entries,on,other,blogs`s,evidence,but,he,misread,and,misused,them.,However,the,net,work,of,doctors,believe,the,collapse,is,very,close,so,their,voice,that,blames,patients,the,media,and,the,public,officers,sounds,loudly.,I,will,insist,that,their,publications,of,blogs,on,the,Internet,are,counter-claims,to,the,patients,who,have,accused,doctors,of,maltreatments.,This,controversy,between,doctors,and,patients,should,be,examined,sociologically.,The,discourse,analysis,will,be,useful,for,this,purpose. | |||||
